A ledger of who's opening, read every morning
Ribbon Leads exists because the best sales signal in hospitality is sitting in plain sight and almost nobody reads it.
Before a restaurant opens it files for a liquor licence. Before that it submits kitchen plans to the health department. Before it can serve, the city inspects it. Every one of those steps is a public record, published daily by the agency involved, and every one of them says the same thing to a supplier: this business is about to spend money on everything a new venue needs.
The trouble is that the records live on nine different portals in nine different formats. Some are open-data APIs. Some are daily CSV extracts. Some are web tables that only render for a real browser. Reps who know this exist check one or two by hand when they remember. Most never do.
We built the machinery to read all of them, every morning, and turn them into one clean list. Each venue is classified from its name and licence type, matched strictly against public map data to add a phone number and website when they exist, and sorted earliest-stage first so plans filed in April rank above a licence issued yesterday. Then it is emailed to the people who sell to new venues: point-of-sale and payments, food and beverage distributors, insurance agents, equipment and supply houses, signs, linens, hood cleaning, pest control, payroll, marketing agencies and commercial brokers.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with any state or city agency. We do not contact the venues in the data and we do not sell subscriber information. We do not claim the records are error-free: an agency typo becomes our typo. Verify before you act, and tell us at main@station.solutions when something is wrong so we can fix the pipeline.
Who runs it
Ribbon Leads is a product of Station Automations Group LLC, a small automation company that also builds websites and front-office software for local businesses under the Station name. The feed runs unattended on a schedule; a person reads the alerts and the inbox.
