1. The service
Ribbon Leads ("we", operated by Station Automations Group LLC) compiles public licensing and permit records into a subscription feed. You get access to the data for the plan and territory you pay for, delivered by email, CSV, API or webhook.
2. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. New paid subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law or where we've clearly failed to deliver.
3. Acceptable use
The feed is licensed to you, one business, for your own sales and marketing. You may load it into your CRM and share it with your own staff. You may not resell, republish, scrape or redistribute the feed or substantial parts of it, share API keys outside your business, or use the data to harass anyone. Contacting the venues in the data is your responsibility and must follow the law that applies to you (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state do-not-call rules and the like). API keys that appear shared or abusive are revoked.
4. The data
Records are reproduced from public sources as published; we add classification and enrichment on a best-effort basis. We do not warrant that any record is accurate, complete or current. Agencies make mistakes and so do we. Verify before you act. Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.
5. Availability
We aim for a daily pull before 7am Central for every source, but sources go down, change format or block automated access. If a source fails for more than 7 consecutive days we will say so on the data page and, on request, credit a proportional share of that month for single-state plans covering that source.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may change prices or terms with 30 days' notice by email; existing subscribers keep their price for at least that period. We may suspend accounts that breach section 3. You may close your account at any time.
