Ribbon Leads
Data licence

What you may do with the rows

Effective 3 September 2026. This sits alongside the terms; where they differ on the use of data, this page wins.

1. What the data is

Every record is a public filing published by the agency named on its page — a state alcohol board, a health department, a city licensing office. Ribbon Leads adds collection, deduplication, classification (bar, restaurant, cafe…) and, on paid plans, enrichment with a phone number, website and map pin where they can be matched strictly. We do not own the underlying facts and do not claim to.

2. Your licence

While subscribed, Station Automations Group LLC grants you, one business, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the feed, the CSV and the API for your own sales and marketing: loading it into your CRM, sharing it with your own staff, calling and writing to the venues in it. Records you downloaded while subscribed stay licensed for that use after you cancel.

3. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the data, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing list or product. You may not share your API key or account. You may not use the data for anything unlawful, including sending text messages or robocalls to numbers without the consent the law requires.

4. Contacting the venues

The venues in the feed are businesses about to open. Their phone numbers and, where present, emails come from public filings. It is your responsibility to comply with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and state law when you contact them — in particular, a phone number on a filing is not consent to be texted or auto-dialled. Ribbon Leads itself never contacts the venues.

5. Accuracy

Records are reproduced as published; enrichment is best-effort and strictly matched (a non-match is left blank rather than guessed). We do not warrant that any record is accurate, complete or current. Verify before you act.

6. Ending the licence

The licence ends when your subscription ends, except for the records already downloaded (clause 2). We may end it early for breach of clause 3, with the balance of the month refunded.
